  • How long does it take to complete a serice?

    Most HVAC work will take a minimum of .25 hours (easy Filter Changes) and as many as several days to complete (Commercial Installations).

  • What are the frequent problem you face while on site?

    Pests like wasps, aggressive pets, scheduling with other trades, needing parts or supplies that are not in the work van.

  • How do you overcomethose problem?

    Wasps are easy to deal with and can usually be ignored, in some cases they must be exterminated by a quality wasp spray. Aggressive pets are usually ok as long as the homeowner is there to help with the pet and possibly put them away for the duration of the work. Scheduling with other trades is where good communication skills come in handy, supplies and parts will always need to be purchased and no work van can have it all.

  • What can customers do to prevent issues or prolong equipment or work you perform?

    Equipment should be maintained regularly. Just as important is good installation and set up of equipment and controls. These two things can help homeowners and business owners get longevity out of their investments.

  • What problem can't you solve for customer?

    If your HVAC system isn't heating or cooling properly, first check the thermostat settings and replace the air filter if dirty. If the issue persists, it may indicate a problem with the system's components, such as the compressor, refrigerant levels, or air ducts. In such cases, it's best to contact a professional HVAC technician for diagnosis and repairs.
